QUICK ANSWER
Magnolia lists its Florida sales associate online cram course at $99 with one year of access, practice exams including math, video explanations and instructor support. It is supplemental exam review, not the required 63-hour course. Check whether your Magnolia school package already includes it before buying separately.
Public information reviewed October 20, 2026. Pass Florida publishes this review and sells a separate practice app. We did not purchase or complete Magnolia's paid cram course. The assessment below concerns verified listings and study fit, not an independent grade of every lesson or a claim of better pass results.
Magnolia cram course, prelicense course or national course?
Choose the exact product before comparing price. Magnolia's catalog includes several courses with different purposes.
| Listing | Displayed price | What it is for |
|---|---|---|
| Florida sales associate online cram course | $99 | Supplemental Florida exam review |
| 63-hour video on-demand prelicense course | $389 | Required education route; listing includes textbook, cram and audio supplement |
| National cram course | $99 | General material; Magnolia labels the national course as not for Florida |
| Florida broker cram course | $99 | A different license examination from sales associate |
Prices come from the Magnolia course catalog, checked on the review date. Confirm the selected course and checkout total before paying. A search for "Magnolia cram" can bring up the wrong license or the national product.
If you already bought Magnolia's 63-hour course, check its included enrollment instructions. The prelicense course outline lists access to cram and audio at no extra charge. Your individual purchase and access dates still need checking.
What is verified in the sales associate cram listing?
The catalog describes practice exams including math, video explanations, full instructor support and one-year access. Those are public product claims, not results of our own paid-course testing.
The standalone cram enrollment page did not expose a detailed lesson inventory to this review. We therefore do not claim a verified total of sales associate questions, hours of video, individual tutoring sessions or audio lessons included in that standalone purchase.
Before buying for one particular feature, ask:
- Is the audio supplement included with this exact standalone cram order?
- Which topics and practice sets are included?
- How do I ask an instructor about a missed question?
- Does support include personal feedback or only general course questions?
- Are videos streamed, downloadable or available offline in an app?
A claim of instructor support does not automatically mean unlimited one-to-one tutoring. A video explanation does not establish offline availability. Get the detail that matters to your schedule before paying.
Access, extension and refund terms
Magnolia's currently linked school policy lists one-year cram access, one-year audio-supplement access and a six-month course extension for $39. It describes activation within one business hour. Confirm that the extension applies to the exact product you need and when its extended period begins.
The same policy says incomplete courses are refundable within the first 30 days of purchase. A completed course is excluded. This is a purchase refund condition, not a promise that failing the licensing exam later entitles you to a refund.
An older Magnolia policy PDF says courses cannot be extended. The updated document linked by the current policies page offers the paid extension instead. Use your enrollment agreement and current written confirmation if those documents conflict for your order; do not rely on an old search snippet.
Also separate provider access from licensing deadlines. Renewing a cram course does not extend an education certificate, a DBPR application or a Pearson appointment.
Who might find it useful?
The cram course is worth investigating if you already learned the curriculum but want a Florida-focused instructor explaining practice questions on video. It may also suit a retaker who can identify which concepts need another explanation.
A useful buying question is: "When I miss a question, does hearing this instructor explain it help me solve a new example?" Use available public previews to assess pace and clarity before making that judgment. The prelicense course offers previews, but those are not proof that every standalone cram lesson is presented identically.
You may not need the course if your school already includes clear video explanations and suitable practice. It is also a different purchase from foundational teaching when you have not completed required education. A cram product cannot award the missing 63-hour credit simply because it covers exam topics.
Do not interpret a school's course-final pass rate as the state licensing-exam pass rate. They involve different assessments and populations. This review does not independently verify a Magnolia state-exam pass rate or rank the school against competitors by outcomes.
Use the videos before attempting a fresh question
A practical routine is watch, explain, apply. It keeps a video session connected to what you can do afterward.
- Choose one weak topic from a score report or error log.
- Attempt a relevant practice question before playing its explanation.
- Watch the explanation and identify the fact that controls the answer.
- Close the lesson and explain the rule in your own words.
- Later, solve a changed example without the video or answer choices in view.
For example, after a video about contract assignments, explain whether the original party remains obligated. Then ask what would change if the parties entered a novation. The Florida contracts guide gives examples of that distinction.
For math, solve with paper and a calculator before watching. Record whether your error came from the formula, tax base, units, day count or arithmetic. Use the worked math questions to compare setups.
A score on a repeatedly viewed question can measure recognition. Keep repeated items in review, and label unfamiliar first attempts separately when judging progress.
How to combine the course with other practice
Use the 19-topic outline as your coverage checklist. Videos can clarify a subject while leaving another area untested. The DBPR booklet describes one 100-question sales associate examination with a 3.5-hour testing period and a passing grade of 75.
Keep your course notes and error log in one place. If you add another practice source, use it for unfamiliar examples or a missing explanation rather than treating the second score as a pass prediction.
Pass Florida's public practice questions can provide a different written explanation. The optional app has limited free access and $39.99 one-time full access to its 1,142-question bank and paid tools. It does not include Magnolia lessons, a live instructor or a dedicated audio course. Buying the app as well as Magnolia is optional.
For a video-based schedule, see the YouTube study plan. For listening between seated sessions, see the audio study guide.
Check whether you can apply the explanation.
Try a free Florida question on the topic you just reviewed. Download the optional app if its format fills a gap.
