    Agreement to Terms

    By downloading, installing, or using Pass Florida (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

    Description of Service

    Pass Florida is a mobile application designed to help users prepare for the Florida Real Estate Sales Associate licensing exam. The App provides practice questions, study tools, and educational content.

    Purchase and Payment

    • Pass Florida is available as a one-time purchase through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
    • The purchase price is displayed in your app store and may vary by region.
    • All payments are processed by Apple or Google, and are subject to their respective terms and refund policies.
    • Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the App.

    Intellectual Property

    All content in the App — including questions, explanations, study materials, graphics, and software — is the intellectual property of Pass Florida and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content in the App.

    Disclaimer

    Pass Florida is an educational study tool. We do not guarantee that using the App will result in passing the Florida Real Estate Exam. Exam results depend on many factors including individual study effort, prior knowledge, and exam conditions.

    The content in Pass Florida is for educational purposes only and should not be construed as legal advice. While we strive for accuracy, real estate laws and regulations change, and we recommend verifying current requirements with the Florida DBPR.

    Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pass Florida shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App, including but not limited to:

    • Failure to pass the Florida Real Estate Exam
    • Lost profits or business opportunities
    • Data loss or corruption
    • Service interruptions or technical issues

    User Conduct

    You agree not to:

    • Share, distribute, or sell your account access
    • Copy, reproduce, or redistribute any App content
    • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code
    • Use the App for any purpose other than personal exam preparation

    Updates and Modifications

    We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue the App at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

    Termination

    We may terminate or suspend your access to the App if you violate these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

    Governing Law

    These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
